  ... read more Completing the 140 hour course online was straight forward and there were no problems with uploading to the system. It was a very user friendly experience. The tutor was also friendly and very helpful. Being a student speech and language therapist in my final year of study, a lot of the content was familiar to me but even if you don't have that background in language development the course is as comprehensive as possible and achieves its purpose. In my last assignment, I couldn't understand the concept, and I received a 50% grade. You were able to clarify it in such a way that I could understand, resulting in me receiving an 84% on my second attempt. Mr. Sam and all of his team members are prepared, communicative, and professional. My pass rate/mark was high, so they gave me a discount to move from a level 3 to a level 5 qualification, which also included an added module on online teaching and a job placement assistance with over 60 online English teaching companies. I had no choice but to take advantage of this promotion, and so far, I am not regretting my decision. The pass mark is 80%, you will most definitely have to give your best during the exams & assignments. I am pleased with the course and the academy. Thank you TOTB.

  ... read more Owh yes definitely, everything about them is so very professional, their courses are so profound and designed to suit student needs. It is easy to quickly read with understanding within a short space of time, so straight forward. They respond quickly to your queries, you don't have to wait and panic, pass rate being 80% compulsory makes you to be focused, creative and determined to succeed. For someone like me who did PGCE prior to embarking on the course, content gave me a glimpse of what it is to teach young learners as well as creativity in teaching Business English.
