You were able to clarify it in such a way that I could understand, resulting in me receiving an 84% on my second attempt. Mr. Sam and all of his team members are prepared, communicative, and professional. My pass rate/mark was high, so they gave me a discount to move from a level 3 to a level 5 qualification, which also included an added module on online teaching and a job placement assistance with over 60 online English teaching companies. I had no choice but to take advantage of this promotion, and so far, I am not regretting my decision.
